Our head of media, David Allen Green, was this month included in GQ magazine’s list of the 100 most influential men in the UK. This was for his activities in blogging and social media, and also for his work on the appeal of Paul Chambers in the “Twitter Joke Trial”, where Preiskel & Co has been instructed for the High Court hearing scheduled for 8 February 2012.

Daniel Preiskel ran a successful MVNO workshop with telecoms consultants CSMG in Paris at an IIR MVNO conference on 22nd and 23rd November. The workshop was full to capacity and there was a great deal of audience inter-action in discussing a range of important legal and strategic MVNO related issues.
