Julian is an experienced real estate lawyer and was a property partner in another firm for many years.  Since 2001 he has specialized in overseas property and private client work. He lived and worked as a lawyer in Spain but is now based in the Preiskel & Co London office and advises UK clients on all aspects of overseas property purchase and ownership, including succession, wills and tax. He acts for developers and investors as well as individuals. He works closely with law firms in various jurisdictions ranging from Italy to parts of the Caribbean.  He is currently advising on some major real estate developments in Spain, Portugal and Cape Verde.

Julian joined Preiskel & Co from Charles Russell’s private client property team. He speaks Spanish and has a good working knowledge of Portuguese.

Julian obtained a MA in Law from Trinity Hall, Cambridge University
