Lyda is an associate who specialises in intellectual property and information technology matters across different industries, including telecommunications, technology, media & entertainment. She has also gained valuable experience on a broad range of regulatory and corporate matters.

She is particularly experienced in:

• negotiating and drafting national and international commercial agreements, such as IP licensing, content production and distribution, software development, hosting and support;
• advising on intellectual property issues;
• advising on corporate matters concerning start-ups;
• providing legal advice on regulatory implications and compliance including data protection and advertising in the media, telecommunications and  technology sectors;
• drafting and negotiating consultancy and agency agreements.

Lyda is qualified in England and Wales, having initially qualified as a lawyer in Italy.  She has an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary, University of London and speaks three languages (English, Italian and Spanish).
